When I initially moved to the DMV I went to the Mercedes dealership at Tysons which was the worst experience EVER. They kept my car for a month to try and fix the antenna, I thought I was going to have to get the police involved to get it back. Then I found Emile and the team at Benz Elite, it felt like when the door opens in the Wizard of Oz and now life is in color, They know what they’re doing, they tell you the situation straight with no bulls**t, and the work is done right the first time at a fair price. Greta and Michelle are amazing at the front desk and all the guys in the shop are friendly and efficient.
